Return Policy

Item doesn’t fit? No worries at all!

Online purchases are eligible for store credit only if returned within 10 business days of receiving your order. After this time frame, items are no longer eligible for return.

All returned items must be in perfect condition:

-Unworn and unwashed

-Original tags attached

-Free of stains, odors, pet hair, or damage

Items NOT eligible for return

-Sale items

-Items discounted 30% or more

-All bags, jewelry, accessories, and CC Originals

Once your return label is generated, your package must be shipped back within 4 days or the label will be void. Store credit will be issued as an e-gift card and emailed to you once we receive and process your return.
